Pokémon Single Cards: Numbers, Rarity Labels and Condition

Each single card is identified by its name, collector number (for example 115/080), rarity label such as Special Illustration Rare (SAR) or Secret Rare, the set, and — where stated — language and condition.

No graded cards are currently listed. Condition terms here (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played) are the seller’s raw-card descriptions, not grades from a grading company.

Reading a card listing

Check the collector number against the set to make sure it is the version you want: the same Pokémon often has several cards in one set. Language is named in the title when the card is Japanese or Korean; otherwise, confirm from the photos.

Two pairs of listings share identical titles (Japanese Dawn 115/080 and Venusaur 15/102). Open both listings and compare photos and prices.

Before you buy

How is condition described?

By the condition term in each title. Check photos of both sides of the card.
